About Us

The Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery Co. has been saving lives in the Clarksville community since 1968. We are focused 100% on preventive programs like free and low-cost spay-neuter, pet food bank, emergency veterinary grants, rescue and pet placement through foster homes, & humane education. Collectively, these programs help us prevent thousands of animals annually from being surrendered or euthanized in our community. The Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) organization that depends solely on donations, grants & fundraisers to fight overpopulation and pet suffering. No one can do everything… but everyone can do something: Spay, Neuter, Adopt, Volunteer, Rescue, Donate, Foster.
