- Squirty is an independent, Torti-cat, born April 15th, 18 years ago, in the back of a pick up truck, in a NO PETS allowed apartment complex. She has been part of the family since she was about 5 or 6 weeks old.
- Doris Day – (named after the actress/animal rights activist) was adopted out of the HS Spring Street Shelter in March of 2003. She weighed 87 lbs and had just had a litter of puppies. Today Doris is a shiny, black, 130 lb, Great Dane who I take with me everywhere I can. She especially likes the drive-thru at the bank.
- Webster – is a pure black DSH, Tom cat, adopted from the HS in October of 2003. He is the lap cat we always wanted and the only cat I ever met who actually rolls over for tummy rubs! He is the sweetest cat in the whole world!
- Franky – is a 9 lb. Silky Terrier who came to live with us in December of 2005, when his owner became too disabled to care for him. He is high maintenance, but good natured, and is very cute in his little sweat shirt. Everybody loves Franky. He brings balance to the household.
