Final standings after voting at Wags to Witches Fur Ball

Digital Photos –Must be received by Midnight, Mon. Oct. 15th.

All photos must include pet’s name, sex, owner’s name, address, and phone #.

ENTRIES – $5 per entry which must be paid at the time of submission, all of which counts as votes toward your picture. Unlimited entries permitted. Anyone residing in the U.S. is eligible to enter the contest, except Mister & Miss Wags to Witches 2012 grand prize pets; the remaining 8 finalists from the 2012 contest are eligible to participate again. No humans in photos please. Photos with humans will be cropped prior to posting so only pets are visible. All pets welcome, not just cats & dogs! Since we are selecting a Mister & Miss, photos should ideally contain only one pet. If your photo has multiple pets, please indicate which pet is being entered in the contest, or if you are entering multiple pets from a single picture, a separate entry fee will be due for each pet. Costumes or Halloween/Fall themes are encouraged but not required.

You may submit extra $$ at the time of your entry, which will be tallied as additional votes for your photo(s).

VOTING – All photo entries are placed on our website for voting purposes. One dollar equals one vote. Voters can donate as much or as little as they like for as many photos as they like. You may vote for your own photos, too! Votes may be submitted by snail mail at the address provided above or online by clicking the appropriate “donate” button under your favorite photo(s). The top five male photos & top five female photos receiving the most donations by MIDNIGHT on Fri. October 19th will be our designated Finalists.

Framed photos of each Finalist will be displayed at our pet photo contest table for the ”final voting round” held exclusively at our Wags to Witches Fur Ball Bash on Sat. Oct. 20 between 7pm-11pm. Fur Ball Bash attendees will contribute cash for their favorites throughout the evening. The top male & top female receiving the most votes (from all combined sources) will be awarded the pristine title of Mister & Miss Wags to Witches 2012! Winners will be announced just before Midnight, Sat. Oct. 20 at the dance & will be posted online as soon as possible following the dance. You do not need to be present at the Wags to Witches Fur Ball Bash to win.

PERKS AND PRIZES – The top 10 finalists will receive a free professional pet portrait photo session with Picture Your Photo Photography and Art, and one professional photo from this session will be used within the glorious pages of our 2013 Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery Co. calendar. Additionally, the winners of the Mister & Miss Wags to Witches title will grace the cover!  Mister and Miss Wags to Witches will also receive a $100 gift certificate for pet photography or pet art services from Picture Your Photo and a 30-minute pet massage from DC Royalty, Licensed Massage Therapist and a free dinner at Rafferty’s. All finalists will receive gift bags cram packed with goodies for themselves & their pets, including gift certificates from Cumberland Pet Sitting and Elite Pet Spa.  Prizes will be mailed to any finalists living out of state.

Authorization – Submission of any photo authorizes the Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery Co. to publish your name and photos on our website and in other media forums (i.e. The Leaf Chronicle, etc.).
